I've Signed Up For Online Auctions With Superior Auction In The Past, Why Isn't My Old User Name & Password Working?
In September of 2015, Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC. upgraded its online auction software platform. So, if you created an online auction login before September 1st,2015 you will need to create a new account with a new username and password. You can find a step by step guide on how to do this in our Online Auction Help Center.
Where Do I Find The Information I Need To Know About The Auction?
All information that you will need to know about an auction can be found under the "Auction Details" tab on the auction listing. For more information on "Auction Details" please visit our Online Auction Help Center. Online auction help can be found under the "Help" tab at the top of this page!
Does My New Login Work On Other Auction Sites?
Yes! Your login works with every other auction company that uses The Hibid Bidding Platform! And if you are already setup with another auction company that uses Hibid, then you can use that login to register with us. (Note: Every auction company has its own unique terms & conditions per sale. It is important to review these terms, which can be found under auction details.)
How Do I Request An Alternate Payment Method?
When you register for the auction it is best to put your preferred payment information in the "Notes to the Auctioneer" section of the registration form. So, if you would like to pay cash, simply type that into the Notes to the Auctioneer. Otherwise you can call our office or email us. Payment options can be found under terms & conditions. If no alternate payment options are selected, we will run the credit card used at the time of registration.
Can I Have My Order Shipped To Me?
Yes! We will happily arrange shipping for you on most items. We ask that you communicate this with us before the close of the auction so we can make proper accommodations. Some items may require the item to be picked up at the site of the auction. If this is the case, then it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange pick-up of the order during the allotted pick up time by a LTL Freight Service or Moving Company. Again, please call or email us prior to winning the bid so we can make arrangements and adjust your invoice to include shipping & handling rates.
How Do I Pay For My Invoice?
Your invoice will be automatically charged to the credit card that was used at registration unless you contact us via the auctioneer notes or by other means to ask for alternate payment. You must specify payment options for each individual auction you bid on. If you do not specify alternate payment methods, we will automatically charge your card.
Where and When Do I Pick-Up My Merchandise?
Each auction has a designated pick-up location and time. You MUST pick-up during the designated times at the designated location. You can find the pick up location & times on the Auction Information Tab, Under Auction Details.
What if I''m not registered with Auction Flex?
You must register with Auction Flex to leave Internet Bids.
What if I''m not registered for the auction?
Most auctioneers require you to register for the auction. If you have not registered for the auction at the time you''re placing a bid, Auction Flex will walk you through the registration process automatically. You must register for each auction to be able to bid.
Do I need to be approved to bid?
Yes. The Auctioneer can approve or reject your signup for their auctions at their discretion. Being rejected from bidding on one auction does not necessarily mean that you will be rejected from signing up for other auctions.
The time it takes to approve you for an auction depends on the auctioneer. Some auctions are setup to automatically approve bidders, eliminating the need for you to wait.
What happens when I submit a bid for an auction that I''m not already approved for?
If the auction is using sealed bidding, then your bid is held in pending status until the auctioneer reviews the bid and either accepts it or rejects it. The auctioneer might contact you to arrange for a deposit, get payment information, or just verify your information.
If the auction is using public bidding, then a request will be sent to the auctioneer to approve you for that auction. Your bid has NOT been saved. Once you are approved you will then need to go back to the website and place your bid.
To review the status of your current bids go to the Current Bids link from buyer account maintenance.
How do I check on my bids?
Your bids can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking on the bids link next to the appropriate auction.
